When rich people buy real estate, they realize each property has its own character and there relationships with it become personal. This is why the wealthy tend to name their property things like Oakwood Manner, or Tumbledry Ranch. Well, I’m a poor person but I normally love the places I live and so I have named my present home The Cove. Also, when you name things in your life you tend to give them extra care. Saying I am going back to The Cove as opposed to back to the apartment gives my home weight it otherwise wouldn’t have.
